- Family Shabbat is a favorite at BHSS…gather your nearest and dearest and bring them to services on Fridays, January 2 and February 6 at 6:30 pm. Family School will help lead services in February
- Jewish Musician Michelle Citrin is back for her next Season of Song residency at BHSS…she’ll be joining us for Shabbat services on Friday, January 9 at 7:00 pm
- Sisterhood will take a special trip to the Holocaust Museum and Center for Tolerance and Education located on the Rockland Community College Campus on Sunday, January 11 at 11:00 am. There will be a private, guided tour of the exhibit. RSVP to join *
- No better way to keep the kids warm than Tot Shabbat…a craft, some prayer, music…and of course, pizza… for tots from birth to kindergarten. Tot Shabbat is on Fridays, January 16 &February 20 at 5:15 pm *
- Join the fun at our most musical Shabbat – Shabbat Shirah on Friday, January 30 at 7 pm.
- Sisterhood is headed back to the theater to see Come From Away at the Papermill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey on Sunday, February 8 at 1:00 pm *
- Reproductive freedom is a Jewish value…and we’ll celebrate it at Repro Shabbat on Friday, February 13 at 7:00 pm
- Games, bounce house, hamantaschen and a costume parade…sounds like a Purim Carnival! Join the fun of the BHSS Purim Carnival on Sunday, February 22 at 10:45 am.
- It’s a highlight of the year…the BHSS Congregational Retreat. This year…It’s the Whole Megillah! Go for the weekend or just for Saturday…but don’t miss it. Retreat is Friday, February 27 through Sunday, March 1. Call the office for details.*
